Supersolid-like square- and triangular-lattice crystallization of dipolar droplets in a box trap

Using a beyond-mean-field model including Lee-Huang-Yang-type interaction, we demonstrate supersolid-like spatially-periodic square- and triangular-lattice crystallization of droplets in polarized dipolar condensate confined by an appropriate three-dimensional (3D) box trap. In this paper, consider rectangular (cuboid) trap, square (cuboid with two equal sides) cylindrical trap hexagonal (hexagonal prism) The droplet lattice is always formed the x-y plane perpendicular to polarization z direction atoms. contrast harmonic traps allow formation large clean free space without any distortion. Moreover, can be 3D significantly reduced number atoms than which could facilitate experimental observation With present know-how such realized laboratory thus allowing study periodic bounded rigid walls.
